These guys are the best!,

This review is from: The Tannahill Weavers Collection: Choice Cuts 1987-1996 (Audio CD)
This CD is an excellent introduction to the Tannahill Weavers. Up-tempo music, masterfully played, and the CD inserts even contain a glossary for the Scots words that Americans won't recognize.
Buy this CD; you can't lose! If you don't love it, hand it to any friend who plays an instrument. They will thank you. If you do love it, do yourself a favor and buy the CDs that this collection is compiled from. They contain many treasures not on this CD!

The Tannahill Weavers are a new favorite of mine, thanks to this recording. This very talented group has put a new spin on some great Celtic traditional music.
