5.0 out of 5 stars Advice germane to we two legged humans
The Tao Of Cow: What Cows Teach Us is a unique, fun, and occasionally inspiring compilation of seventy-four amusing, unusual photographs of cows accompanied by "words of wisdom" from our bovine friends. This book is a "Life's little instruction book" written from the perspective of cows. Each bit of instruction is illustrated with a picture of cows and a story relating the cows' activity to some useful trait for us humans.

This review is from: The Tao of Cow: What Cows Teach Us (Hardcover)
The Tao Of Cow: What Cows Teach Us is a unique, fun, and occasionally inspiring compilation of seventy-four amusing, unusual photographs of cows accompanied by "words of wisdom" from our bovine friends. Classic sayings from our four legged friends such as "Stampede not through life, lest you miss the majesty of the world around you.", and "Sometimes the grass is exactly the same color green on the other side of the fence.", and "Turning the other cheek often puts your best hoof forward." translate exceptionally well into advice germane to we two legged humans.

The pictures are primarily from bygone rural society and on their own make a great book of photography. The text, on the other hand, has much to be desired. I was expecting something much more witty than the dry text it contained.
