I really enjoy Daniel Reid's works. Reid is one of a few westerns who has penetrated in the Taoist's practices. Reid has an amazing writing style and can relate very complex concepts without dumbing them down. And for those who need more validation about the validity of these practices, Reid offers relevant research from both the Eastern & Western sources. And most importantly this information has multiple practical applications towards improving one's own health.

I have had this book for so long and read it so many times.It has to be in my top 5 books ever.The Kung Fu exercises and warm ups are everything,and yet there is much more.I studied martial arts for over 25 years and have not found a better book.Just buy it.
