I found this very timely for me in the 7th decade of life. Wish I had found it about 50 years ago and done a re-read every 10 years or so. The most valuable for me was recognizing both sides of mentoring and mentored in a more respect filled and mutual growth context.

Another outstanding book by this author. Working Out, Working Within-The Tao of Inner Fitness was the first book I read of this genre which was a huge help in beginning a healthy long-term approach to fitness.
