A green tea Bing Cha (tea cake) from Lincang prefecture in Yunnan. Unlike most green Puer cakes from this area, Lincang Qing Bing is ideal for drinking fresh. However, its compressed shape enables it to maintain its freshness longer than loose leaf green tea.
