5.0 out of 5 stars Integrating various psych principles into Feeling states, May 25, 1999
By A Customer
This book is excellent at distilling various psychological principles into helping one to experience one's full range of emotions by giving you practical tools to reduce defenses and communicate with your inner child. A key message is that it is good to experience your whole range of emotions (the Yin AND Yang) so that you have more freedom of expression. Now I'm waiting for a book or tape collection of guided meditations that support this work.
