Product Description
This book describes Taoist practices specific to female development. These practices help to bring out authentic womanhood and create a stable foundation for development of strong Yang energy, allowing a woman to become more self-confident and socially active in the modern 'machismo' world. Simplicity of techniques described in the book allows women to independently work on self-improvement; at the same time, the techniques provide basis for moving into deeper Taoist practices and continued development. The book is addressed primarily to women but it will be beneficial to men, too, both for understanding specifics of female energy structure and for strengthening their personal Yin energy essential as a foundation of stability, which can be achieved through practice of female-specific techniques presented here.
