An outstanding and easy to digest program to transform the role sex plays in your life.In traditional western thought sex is for recreation and pleasure...and perhaps discounted as superficial and trivial as such.This fun program is filled with insights and exercises to energize your life with 'sexual' energy.The authors seek to elevate not just the quality,but the role sexuality plays in our lives:they strive to make it a medicine to heal us,and they succeed. Rachel's lighthearted laugh and Lee's soothing voice, are effective vehicles to bring us Taoist wisdom in a refreshingly easy and understandable format(for Westerners).I've attempted reading Taoist literature before,soon abandoning it due to the goofy and foggy analogies and dry/boring tone.I found this series, after greatly benefiting from reading "The Multi-Orgasmic Couple"{Also highly recommended}.
