Putting it simply, this is your most basic desk bell available, and I ordered it for use at my hotel workplace. They arrive in simple paper boxes. The base on some of these bells are sometimes not adjusted properly to the bell itself, making it look slightly shifted, but in all cases until now (I've used three bells this far) the sound is loud and clear, and serves its purpose.
