GREAT HOME STUDIO MIXER !, February 24, 2009

This mixer has the quality one would expect from Mackie. Even though it's built in China I can tell you it's manufactured with strict quality parameters. I use it in a small home studio for mixing keyboards and CDs. It's quiet. I'm running it into two Yamaha powered monitors. If you're after a nice compact and versatile mixer this baby fills the bill!!!

Amazon Customer service excellent, November 15, 2007

I received this mixer yesterday and a 220V power supply was in the box, even though all the markings were for a domestic unit. I contacted Amazon Customer service via their web page resolution indicating an exchange and I expected a 14 day turn around. Imagine my surprise when they emailed me back and indicated they were shipping a new unit Next Day Air.That is excellent service. I have had mixed success when ordering thru 3rd party vendors on Amazon but whenever it is an Amazon offering I have good results. This Mixer is a great buy. I will be submixing two keyboards and two monitor mixes thru this mixer, and the pre fader send is what I needed. I could not find pre fader sends on similar Behringer boards for the price.

does everything i want a small mixer to do and it has 2 aux-sends! 2 aux-sends really open up the outboard effects possibilities.
