I purchased and installed this with much ease right onto my Saiga 12, changed the look of my shotgun dramatically. I noticed some flaws with the design of this handguard, for one the rails aren't intergrated into the handguard they have to be mounted on using an allen key, I suggest using loc-tite thread tightener so they don't loosen when shooting (this really wasn't much of an issue but it is definitely worth mentioning). I only have one other complaint and it applies to anyone who wants to use a fore-grip, I like to use ten round magazines and don't get enough clearance when detaching the magazine to reload when the fore-grip is installed. This is not because I of the magazine or fore-grip but because as you notice in the picture the bottom rail does not extend to the end of the handguard (which it should). The fore-grip ends up being to close to the magazine and you will run into this problem with 10 or 12 round mags. I am already shopping for another hand guard or tri rail system, because of this flaw I would take my advice wisely and if you want to use the Saiga 12 with a foregrip and use a higher capacity magazine then stay away. If you don't care for the foregrip, this product is excellent. It is lightweight, sturdy and very easy to install.

I bought this handguard as a replacement for the original Saiga handguard. It fits snug, and is not overly heavy like some of the metal ones. It is vented, has good rails, and looks great! My only criticism is that Tapco should include the two Allen wrenches that are neccessary for building and installing this handguard.
