I only occasionally mounts things on concrete, and for me these are the most convenient method. The only time I've had problems with these stripping out the hole is when I've been too enthusiastic running them in with my cordless, which I only fault myself. A little finesse with the power tool, or screwing them in by hand, and no problems.

This was a standard type concrete screw. I guess they are all about the same. The thing I like best about this screw is the hex shaped head which is much better and gives a tighter tool grip when attaching it to concrete. Also, it came in a nice clear plastic box that I can put on a peg board for easy reach.
