The adjustable rod and two included mounting brackets are constructed of iron and finished in a traditional dark mahogany tone. The rod is accented by two decorative finials, one on each end, shaped like the top of a decorative column. The base of the finials feature an urn shape created by stylized acanthus leaves and accented with a warm, vintage gold finish; the top of the finials are inspired by carved scrolls and are finished in the rich mahogany shade. The two piece, telescoping rod set adjusts to fit windows from 28 inches to 48 inches wide; the rod measures 1.25 inches in outer diameter. Matching floret screws are included with the brackets for easy installation. The generously sized finials measure 3 3/8 inches by 4.25 inches inches and are constructed of durable polyresin.
