I started buying pharmacopoeias when I was in residency. This is the best yet. It has the indications printed in red.

This book is a nice reference tool and fits well in my coat pocket. However, as a third year medical student I wish I had bought the Sanford Pharm book first, which gives suggestions of drug therapy for a variety of diseases and also gives drug alternates if there are allergies. (and doses for peds). Tarascon is nice for a wider variety of drugs and has some nice tables for cardio drugs

Can't do without this book. It seems the print is getting smaller ( or maybe it's my eyes...) and more difficult to read. Hard to cram so much information into it and keep it small. Will continue to buy the updated versions.

Love this resource-easy to use, amazing amount of info-sort of small print. A classic that I buy every year. I find it easier to use than electronic resources

never got into the epocrites and great to be able to thumb through, since I'm more old-fashioned, latest and the greatest

This is a great resource for quick info on medications. Also provides med info on pregnancy and also provides cost estimation of the med! I carry it everywhere. Really is a must-have for those in clinic.

Easy and great for reference, definitely helped my ace my last rotation because I helped out the interns on my team a lot with referrals for more difficult drug dosing.

I absolutely love this pharmacopoeia. Ready to use for any drug. The new red words for the drug classification was a life saver. Amazing!

The book may require a bit getting use to in the beginning because how it is organized ( by disease class). But very helpful pocket sized review.
