5.0 out of 5 stars Courage Under Fire
It's truly disheartening to see how so many radical left-wingers log on only to trash books they will never read. This is a thoughtful, courageous account of the outrageous abuse of presidential power and its subsequent cover-up by thugs and cowards. If you're not a Clinton fan, you'll be predictably outraged after reading Target. It's truly disheartening to see how so many radical left-wingers log on only to trash books they will never read. This is a thoughtful, courageous account of the outrageous abuse of presidential power and its subsequent cover-up by thugs and cowards. Under Billary Clinton, the executive office became a tawdry base for philandering, selling out to China, and dismantling the military, not to mention turning a blind eye to Osama bin Laden and other fundamental Islamic terrorist organizations. Dear God, please save us from another Clinton presidency. Excellent book. I highly recommend it for those who still retain the capacity for higher thought.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well-written! Confirms Realizations I'd Finally Come To Over the Years, November 7, 2007
This review is from: Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (Hardcover)
Kathleen Willey does a great job of not only getting across her own personal story, but encapsulating the years of questionable and frankly, hugely disappointing behaviours behind both Bill and Hillary. I voted for Clinton originally, but after years of horrible stories and feeling let down time and again by my President, I finally came to lots of the same conclusions on my own, that Ms. Willey has presented in the book. Ms. Willey did an amazing job of making me re-live, right along with her, all those events we went through as a nation, as well as those she went through personally. My emotions welled up once again, only this time, there was more to the story. This time, the story was even more dark and deceptive than I'd ever known and I'm shocked and appalled by both Clinton's actions and Mrs. Clinton's inaction on behalf of women everywhere. It's sad knowing she is blowing smoke when it comes to truly helping women or trying to further women's rights.

5.0 out of 5 stars A brave woman, a good story, November 6, 2007

Kathleen Willey is a woman who has endured years of torment at the hands of the Clintons. "Target" is well-written and poignant, a story of survival as much as a primer on why the Clintons should never, ever again be allowed within hailing distance of the White House. "Target" should be mandatory reading for anyone thinking of voting for Hillary Clinton in 2008. It will send them running into the "anyone but Hillary" camp in a hurry.

5.0 out of 5 stars Scary! That Hillary could be President, November 7, 2007
This review is from: Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (Hardcover)
It is interesting that the Clinton's believe they are beyond the law and can throw around their power. This is not unlike "Swift Boats" and I now understand why Republicans want Hillary to be the Democratic Nominee because she has so much negative baggage that Swift Boats will be mild in comparison.

Americans want a President with values, and the Clinton's simply have none. The book is a warning to anyone who gets in the Clinton's way could wind up hurt, hummiliated, or dead. We need more brave individuals like Kathleen that will tell us the truth.

5.0 out of 5 stars They're baaaaaaack...., November 13, 2007
This review is from: Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (Hardcover)
It's like the '90s never went away. Which, in a sense, is true.

The public deserves to be reminded of the seamy side of the Clinton years, and of Hillary's part in enabling Bill "You better put some ice on that" Clinton.

The Clinton administration generated a scandal about every 90 days, for eight years. While Bill was occasionally an amusing scoundrel (who can forget "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is"?), his departure from office felt to me like a long hot shower after an extended period of living in a sewer.

I have no doubt that an Administration run by Hillary would have just as many scandals.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Review from the Middle of the Proverbial Road, November 20, 2007

If you're not a Clinton fan, you'll be predictably outraged after reading Target. Kathleen Willey underwent some ugly events after going public with her story of being set upon by Bill Clinton in the Oval Office. Think odd telephone calls, nail-gunned tires, missing (or worse) pets, and unsettling strangers stalking her home. Willey places responsibility for these incidents at the hands of the Clintons, and she may be right. She also notes that the suicide of her husband, a Clinton fundraiser, shows eerie parallels to that of Clinton counsel Vince Foster. Finally, she reports a pre-publication break-in at her home in which only one item was stolen: the manuscript of Target

That said, the suicide of Willey's husband (which precedes the key retaliatory events of Target) takes place on the heels of his embezzlement of substantial sums from his legal clients and his subsequent involvement with unsavory loan sharks in order to repay his debts. To her credit, Willey discloses these facts, but never addresses the possibility that the loan sharks-- not the Clintons-- might be the source of the admittedly creepy events that ensue.

Willey does make some useful points in her memoir, including tidbits about the use of private investigators and possible harassment tactics in political campaigns. She is at her best when questioning the feminist convictions of the Clintons, in light of their repeated coverups of Bill Clinton's philanderings-- coverups which center on discrediting the women involved. Willey is also on solid ground when pointing out the awkward position of feminist organizations which overlooked Clinton's conduct with women in order to support his broader policies on gender issues. But Willey's failure to even raise alternative explanations for the harassment that she experienced somewhat undercuts the credibility of Target, and reduces the star rating for this book to a 3.

5.0 out of 5 stars A brave woman that Hillary turned the Bimbo Squad loose on..., November 7, 2007
This review is from: Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (Hardcover)
We know that Bill Clinton is a LIAR and Hillary tries to cover his tracks,
but this story it totally shocking!

Kathleen Willey, Jennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, and who knows how many other women Bill Clinton has groped and assaulted....only to have Hillary try to make the innocent victims look like they deserved to be assaulted?

As I read this book, I kept seeing Bill Clinton on TV when he LIED to the country saying that he didn't have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.....and then the country found out how HONEST he ISN'T. The bad part is, he's probably more honest than Hillary....Hillary is VICIOUS and EVIL! Bill's just a pervert.

5.0 out of 5 stars Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill & Hillary Clinton, November 16, 2007
This review is from: Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (Hardcover)
Kathleen Willey's "Target" is not only a frightening tale of sexual assault, intimidation and courage. It's a searing reminder of the lengths to which Bill, Hill and the Clintonistas will go to protect Fortress Clinton.

Anyone who thinks that Bill's just a good ol' boy with roving hands and Hillary's a feminist icon must read "Target," which exposes Bill as a sociopathic sexual predator and Hillary as the quintessential "little woman" who rode hubby's coattails to power.

From kidnapping and killing pets to destroying tires to threatening children - there are few lengths that the protectors of Bill & Hill's legacy will not go to as they supress the truth and destroy those who dare speak it.

"Target" should be required reading for journalists, pundits and, most of all, voters. Because history is, indeed, of predictave value.

5.0 out of 5 stars Kathleen Willey, yet another victim of the Clintons, December 11, 2007
This review is from: Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (Hardcover)
Entirely believable tale of the treachery and vindictiveness of the Clintonistas. The United States is in serious jeopardy if this bunch of criminals stays in power much longer. Mrs. Willey deserves high honor and much praise for finally bringing this truth out in the open.

5.0 out of 5 stars Target is ON TARGET!!!, December 9, 2007
This review is from: Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (Hardcover)
This is the story of a true believer, fund raising, volunteer-activist democrat who had her life turned upside down by the disgraceful, immoral and illegal behavior of the Clintons. I believe Kathleen Willey and the other women who were caught up in the lust(Bill for sex and Hillary for power) and deception of the Clintons. I applaud Willey for her courage and resilience to endure her ordeal. The book is well written and has the ring of truth to it. My greatest hope is that anyone but Clinton occupies the White House in 2008. Hellary is a despicable foul person in language and deed...If you haven't read this book yet...buy it and read it and then pass it on to a friend...especially if they are "undecided" about Hellary. Thanks to Kathleen for her example of courage and an important book!
