I've owned this PDA case for almost a year now and until a few weeks ago was relatively satisfied. I have a Toshiba e355 and bought the clear touch screen protector (which are great and last almost "forever"). About a couple of months ago I noticed that my screen protectors were scratched. I thought it was just wear and tear until I changed screen protectors and found that even the new one was scratched too. That was after only TWO DAYS!! It didn't seem right until I noticed that my PDA case was also scratched. Then I knew something was up. I checked in side the PDA case and the stitching was broken which revealed some type of sharp object behind the soft interior surface. I'm going to complain to Targus because this makes their product do the opposite of what it's supposed to do---PROTECT YOUR PDA!! I really suggest that you don't buy this. I was lucky because I had a screen protector or my screen would be damaged. The gunmetal casing of my PDA was no so lucky but at least it's not as important as the screen. I don't know what other case to recommend but make sure that you really feel around the interior for sharp items that may damage your PDA. At this rate I've lost the 15 bucks I paid for the screen protector and intend to get it back from Targus. They should be happy they didn't have to replace my PDA screeen.

I bought this case for my Palm TX even though I was a bit worried about the problem of the metal feature that could scratch the Palm. Now that I have had it for a couple weeks, I must say that there is nothing to worry. Indeed there is a metal thing behind the soft cloth that cover the inside (the belt clip support), it is by no means sharp, at least not in mine, and will not harm my PDA being covered by the cloth. The size of it is very good for the TX when used with the screen protector that comes together with the PDA. It fits tight, but not too much that would make it hard to put it in or out. Perhaps the case is a bit too long, but since the flip cover locks with velcro, you can close it tight anyway.
The belt clip is strong and rotates so the case can move around obstacles when sitting instead of popping out of your belt. In summary, good quality and does the job.
