I have these little screen cleaners for my Ipad 2 and they are wonderful. I don't care for the film type screen covers, and I have a thing about fingerprints all over my screen. So, I just grab one of these pads (comes in a handy 3 pack)and in 4 long swipes my screen in perfectly clear. No scratches, no residue. I love them. I keep one at work, one in my Ipad bag, and one on my nightstand. (Before I got these, I was using a lint free cloth, but I had to keep rubbing to get all the fingerprints off). By the way, they costs less at Best Buy.

Since the description of this product lists the iPhone as a cleaning option, I was eager to try it. I have some specialized cleaning clothes from the eye doctor that do a pretty good job of cleaning my iPhone screen, but nothing else I've tried works very well or at all (just smears the finger prints around). Even the little glasses cleaning cloths require some effort to get the phone screen clean.

I must say the soft suede-like surface of this pad works really well, doing a quick and thorough job, BUT it is too wide for the iPhone screen if you have a surround case like I do. You can use the edge of the pad, or bend it so that only a portion of it is against the screen. The pad doesn't want to bend as it's rather stiff leather, but it will bend (in one direction) and then does a great job although it's a bit awkward to hold in that position and of course the finger straps can't be used. I'm not entirely satisfied with this solution as you can imagine, but am pleased to have a clean screen.

For a tablet such as an iPad it would be outstanding, and it works well for my computer screen in its natural flat shape.

You get three pads to a pack which is nice and I will certainly use this product even though I have to bend it for my phone screen. Note to manufacturer: Please make a version that fits the touch phone screens when they are in a case since so many of us use them to protect our phones. This is an effective method of cleaning and highly recommended for tablets and larger screens. It can be used with smaller screens, but will require extra effort if that screen has a raised edge due to design or case.

Love this handy little tool. Didn't realize when I bought it that it was a three-pack. Looked at similar items in big box stores but they were twice as expensive.

Anyone who says that their iPad is difficult to clean with this handy item, must have grime and grit from outer space embedded into the gorilla glass of their tablet. I bought my iPad a 1 1/2 weeks ago and it had not had a real good thorough wiping down since. A couple of strokes with one of these babies and my iPad was glistening like a black diamond!

A few people complained that it did not fit their iPhone because it was too large. I have an iPhone and it works just fine. Indeed, the pad is larger than the phone, but it's a "pad" which means it's flexible, pliable, bendable, etc. So it cleans my large MacBook Pro screen, my medium size iPad screen, and it's pliable enough to clean my small iPhone screen.

The first time I saw this item on Amazon, however, it was $13.99. I started to purchase it but got distracted. I went back a couple days later and it was $4.99. WOW! I hit "purchase" right away. Curious as I always am, I checked back the next day and the price was raised again. Hmmm..... Curious. Checked another day it was back to $4.99 and today it's a whopping $15.99!!!!!! Now, there are three in a pack, which I did not know, and since I have a friend who bought a (as in one) similar cleaning pad for his iPad from a fancy schmancy store for a WHOLE lot more, I would definitely have paid the $13.99......little did I know, however, that I'd be playing the price gambling game like trying to book the lowest airfare. Glad I clicked the purchase button when it was $4.99.

Overall, I am extremely happy. Excellent Item; Excellent Price.

I bought these cleaners for my IPad 2 and they work great. It is such a smooth and gliding clean it just takes seconds.

I use my iPad all the time so I can't help but get fingerprints all over it. The cleaning pads are easy to use and they very quickly eliminate all the smudges and fingerprints. Great product!

They have worked very well. Like another reviewer said, I don't like the screen covers. They just don't look as good on the touchscreens. This pad does a great job taking off the smudges and finger prints off of my Kindle Fire (which I also recommend, by the way!). Very satisfied with my purchase.

I Though was better... Have to do much effort to get really clean, I prefer microfiber cloth, cleans better and faster :(

Having always used microfiber cloths to clean our family's cellphone screens and, more recently, a tablet screen - I was looking forward to trying these pads for comparison, especially after all the positive reviews. (I bought these with the intention of giving one or two of them tucked in with another gift.)

My first impression was that although the pad did eventually clean the surface, it seemed to take longer/more swipes than the microfiber cloth I use. I also noticed how the pad tends to produce a lot of smearing before actually getting the surface clean. (This is especially noticed when light is reflecting off of the surface of the screen.)

If I had not been used to using a microfiber cloth and had nothing to compare the pad to, I would probably rate it higher, thinking it was doing a fine job. But for comparison's sake, the microfiber did a much quicker and more thorough job. (Although I did notice a difference even between microfiber cloths - the one I usually use absolutely beat out the Targus pad, but when I grabbed another cloth of a different microfiber type, it was more on par with the pad, taking several swipes to clean and not doing quite as well as my usual microfiber cloth. So, how the pad compares to microfiber cloth may depend on which type of microfiber cloth is being used!)

I've rated these pads lower than most reviewers due to the overall performance compared to the cloth I usually use - and especially considering the cost of the pads. These seem fairly pricey to me, though the cost may be worth it to some for the pads' portability and convenience due to their size and the nifty finger-strap.

I wonder if it's possible to clean the cloth surface of the pad without affecting its effectiveness. If unable to be cleaned, I wonder how well the pads will continue to perform after some time of use. (Of course, it's easy to just throw a microfiber cloth in the wash and have them last indefinitely...)

I think these will do adequately when needed "on the go" and I agree they might be more convenient at those times, but I'll continue to use my trusty microfiber cloth here at home!

These work great to keep my screen clean of prints. Was going to get the screen protectors until read reviews indicating how difficult they are to apply and dull the visibility of the screen. Having three means I have one at home, one at work, and one in my purse.
