I don't use this bag for a portable DVD player although I'm sure it would be just fine for that purpose :)

I was looking for something to keep my Acer Aspire Netbook in. Most bags for that purpose were either too small(no place for any stuff) or to big and bulky. This fit the bill quite nicely. Lots of pockets, I can keep my external DVD Player (slimline LG) power cord, wireless mouse and other things in it. Two Zipped pockets, one large one in the front and a small one in the overflap. There is another pocket that is more of an open one in the back. It's held shut with a small Velcro patch. The large zippered compartment has a spot for CD disks, a small cushioned pocket I assume is for a remote but I put my mouse in there and a zippered compartment. I put my wires in there. Quality is typical Targus, it looks like it will hold up well. The only really drawback is the main compartment has a mounting board that is supposed to be used to suspend your DVD player between seats. You can remove and just not bother with it. It's sort of a flat board with a small pocket on the bottom and a velcro strap at the middle. I removed the tethers from the board (just hooked on) and put my NetBook on the mount for a little more protection. I plan on getting a small sleeve made for netbooks though. I think that will work out better. With or without a sleeve it fits just fine in the main compartment though. It's worth a look if you have a netbook. I measured the main compartment at 11" wide, 9.5" deep and 2" thick.

I bought this case to keep my Asus EEE pc 1000ha in. Works great! There's plenty of space, I use the included stand to separate my laptop from it's cord so it won't get scratched, but I also don't have to keep a cover on it. There's plenty of pouches. I actually use the front one to throw my wallet, cell phone, assorted junk into when I go to work. It's perfect.

I just happen to have one of these laying around in my closet, the iPad fits in perfectly inside. The bag itself has a nice cushion which I feel keeps my iPad safe. I just ordered a second one for my wife's iPad.
