This is a cool little stand. It's small enough to collapse and store in a pocket or back pack. It can elevate your laptop on most flat surfaces and allows you device to breathe.
Downside is, it's not terribly useful on your lap. Then again it's a stand...

THis has been a great stand, as I have 3 laptops (1 13" MacBook and 2 15" HP laptops) that this fits all of them perfectly. It is very stable and secure and allows you to type on the built in keyboards easily. The adjustable legs work well to accommidate both the 13" and 15" models and extended battery on one of the HPs.
I enjoy the simplicity, as it does keep the bottom of the laptops much cooler with the air flow under and around the devices. This is something that I have recently read is an important thing to extend the life of your batteries and general laptop that might be caused by extended overheating.
