This item was useless to me because it was sent without all the items that go with it, It took three e-mails for the company to respond and then they ask me to spend more money to return product. Why not they send a return postage for me to mail back to them. I just need all the attachments as advertised in all photos which will make it a multi-use power adapter (only received three that don't go to anything). Product might work well, the supplier is the problem (shipping out a imcomplete product as advertised)

During finals, my original power cord broke, so I went to the local electronics store and asked what was the best replacement and I was pointed towards this product. At first it was great I liked the set up of the cord and it gave no indication there would be any problem, until a few months later when my computer would never get charged, what had happened was the fitting that was intended for my laptop was actually not the right one and had broke the connection inside of my laptop. So instead of a simple fix with a new cord I ended up with a much larger problem.
