Good Case. Bad Strap., February 6, 2008
The case itself is great. You can fit everything you need in it (notebook, power adapter, CDs, paperwork, etc.) It's sturdy and can withstand everyday use. However, after using it for about a year, the pad on the shoulder strap is basically useless and the clip that holds the strap to the case itself broke off. For now I've connected the strap to the handle on top. Hopefully that will last until I can find a better replacement.

Over Two Years, Still Looks Great - Recommended, April 26, 2010
The Targus 15.5" laptop case is a simple but durable case that has held up very over the past two years. I am very rough on my computers (not intentionally) because I travel with them quite a bit and need a case that is going to protect my computer but not be hulking large. This is case that my company issued my with my Lenovo T61 and it has literally been around the world with me. Here are my observations:
+ High Quality; the material, zippers, and metal parts are all very good quality and have held up well
+ Roomy; lots of space for my laptop, the power supply, mouse, file folders, etc., without being huge and bulky
+ Comfortable Shoulder Strap; not over padded, but enough to prevent being sore after running through an airport with it
+ Good Looking; black with nickle finish hardware
While not the top of the line, this is a very good case for the price!
