Wonderful innovative deck. Gives a deeper and more thoughtful meaning to each card. Can be used by pros or beginners. I have been reading cards since childhood. I own many tarot decks. I teach tarot using the Waite deck. In my opinion this deck sheds new light on the old Waite deck. You can get a better and much more deeper and rounded out reading by using The Vision deck. I love it! Out of all the new tarot decks pumped out on a yearly basis this is one of the best. If you could only buy one new deck, buy this one. You won't be sorry.

If you like the aged and retro coloring of the Original Waite and want a reviving influence to your Rider-Waite-Smith readings, this could be a refreshing choice.

The book that Lo Scarabeo is publishing as a companion to this deck
treats with respect the art of Pamela Colman Smith and adds ideas that I find refreshing. It's a 153 page book with an absorbing variety of detail and encouragement to the creatie reader.

I like the Tarot of the New Vision's color palette and how it gives a 180-degree view that augments my nostalgic "Original" Waite deck. Sometimes we want a fresh look and a different flavor to our standard reading decks. The Tarot of the New Vision is a fun and different alternative for me.

Very enjoyable. Very intriguing. Most of the cards have some little twist -- other than the 180 change rotation in perspective -- like objects or people that are now in view and add and/or color the meaning of the classic RWS images.

The artwork is clean, crisp. The drawings are both refreshingly new and rooted in the now-familiar Pamela Colman Smith imagery. There is a very close attention to detail present in the illustrations to ensure you can't mistake the corresponding RWS card, but likewise you can't help but appreciate the additional details now present in the different angle of view.

Like the original Waite-Smith deck, at first I was intrigued, later I was engrossed. This was a very rewarding purchase and a prized addition to my collection of Tarot decks.

You'll perform your readings seeing things from a different perspective. Great for personal transformation or reading people in a comprehensive way. GET THEM!!

got two decks, just in case...what a great, clever and helpful idea. if you sometimes can't see the forrest for the trees, this deck lets you see the whole picture. each card was a aha! moment. this deck breaks the mould and gives the doors in our mind the keys to intuition. joyful. Very similar to the Rider Waite deck from which it evolved, but gives more information on what is happening. By looking behind the players on the cards, more is revealed. Very useful in working with people unfamiliar with tarot and novice readers as there is more information to work with.

Great deck. Someone had great imagination to see the other side of the traditional cards.

I've used the Rider-Waite for over 30 years but I collect decks and was intrigued by the "Tarot of the New Vision" deck as a collector item. It's actually become my favorite deck to turn to for most readings! I've used the Thoth deck off and on for shadow work as it's more complete and gives a deeper picture -- only it is difficult to read making shadow work more grueling than need be. The Scarabeo New Vision deck infuses important symbolism of the Thoth and New Adentium decks with the Rider-Waite in a way that is surprisingly mind expanding. I thought this deck would be an amusing book of fluff but it's turned out to be the meatiest deck in my collection! I just wish the proportions were the same as the Rider-Waite because I think they would be great to shuffle together for two deck readings!

The illustrations are lovely and the colors are jewel like; I hope that I can find a similarly exquisite companion deck to eventually combine for two deck readings.

I personally did not enjoy seeing the images from behind. I much prefer to see the front of the Temperance angel, the Magician etc. I didn't find much was revealed to me from seeing the images from this perspective. The artwork is beautiful but I will not be using this deck for readings.
