Tarot Secrets: A Fast and Easy Way to Learn a Powerful Ancient Art

I have been familiar with tarot since about 1971 when a friend introduced me. Although my study hasn't been constant during all those years, I embarked on a search of MANY tarot books over the years and eventually started to read cards professionally around 2000. I have read a good many people's cards over the past ten years.

Not only are the meanings of the cards concise they agree overall about 90-95 percent with my take on the cards. This book is excellent and I wish that when I was embarking on my studies of card meanings( I eventually formed my own ideas as there was so many different views) this book had been around. Often folks will ask for information on tarot and how they can learn it and now I feel I can offer them a great reference.

Additionally, I usually stick to the celtic cross spread because somehow I never felt that I clicked with any of the others, for some reason, though, the way this book laid out the spreads made it all logical for me and I feel that when I read now I can offer clients a variety.

So, it is my feeling that whether experienced with the tarot or not, this book offers something for all providing a great understanding and it is extremely easy to grasp.

Tigermoon Tarot

Like all of Amy Zerner and Monty Farber's products, this book is a delight! Gorgeous layouts, beautiful graphics, insightful writing. I own several tarot decks, but I wouldn't call myself a reader. That being said, I've been reading this book and doing readings for myself for about two weeks and I really feel more of a connection with the deck than I ever have before. This book doesn't take you through the memorization speech, but encourages you to use the book while you do a reading and I've found that following along that way, I don't feel as pressured to remember and therefore my intuition is much stronger. I love this book. Thank you Amy and Monty for another great product!

Just when I thought they could not top what they have done with their other tarot products...here comes Tarot Secrets. The keywords alone are worth the price of the book! They will allow anyone with a desire to learn the tarot a kickstart on this amazing art. The tarot is such a wonderful gift that allows us to dig deep and bring our answers up and out! Amy and Monte's Tarot Secrets will hep you get started. I am a relatively seasoned tarot reader and I also found great benefit from this book...it gave me some new keywords to use and I am very, very pleased! Thank you!!!

I purchased Tarot Secrets after owning the Enchanted Tarot by Amy Zerner and Monte Farber for about a year. I had been pulling a card every day for about 6 months, then something just made me stop. When this book came out, it helped me see that it wasn't so scarey reading for myself, and that I could trust that I could learn to read tarots for myself and possibly my friends. Great instruction, great little book!

The book is beautifully illustrated with both upright and reversed cards meanings. It contains a short yet good depth of description for each card, key words, a quick read, and few lines which act as "to the point meaning". The book is so colorful, unlike many books that are plain and tasteless! In particular, I love the spreads section which contains various spread to choose from, and unlike many books each spread has an example of a reading being illustrated. To the point: well written book!

I've had the Enchanted Tarot before and was pleased with the manual but the cards were either cumbersome or the print of the cards were blurry, faded, etc. But the deck was accurate and was disappointed in the end with myself for selling it.

I found Tarot Secrets and I am stunned by how accurate it is. It predicts well and tells the story well. The cards are large but in good proportion in comparison to the Enchanted Tarot. I like the images a little bit more except that the minor suite in this deck doesn't have pictoral images, but there are at least captions for the card meanings.

I'm just really impressed by its accuracy and ease to read and the guide is very accurate too. Sometimes the meanings step outside of convention, but not like an LSD trip or something like that.

I have possessed more than 40 Tarot decks in my hand, and I have to say this is one of the best deck out there as far as accuracy and explanation. Not most would be overwhelmed by its images or artwork, but who cares when its accurate!
