My absolute favorite,
This review is from: Tarots of the Golden Dawn Deck (Cards)
This deck is not only gorgeous, but holds accurate and traditional symbology. It dwells in a land of faeries that are not really cutesy but filled with character. The court cards are Kings, Knaves, Pages and Queens. The suits are pentacles, swords, wands and cups. The Strength and Justice cards are in the traditional position unlike Rider-Waite. The minor arcana are pips, yet each suit is uniquely done in every card, some hold images in them.The deck doesn't come with a book but some extra cards with guidance information. Not really a deck for children, nor beginners. I recommend this deck for anyone with experience and searching for extreme fantastical beauty. |
