It's the first leather care product I have ever used, so I can't really compare it to something else. I used it for cream leather upholstery and it turned out like the day I bought it. Doesn't leave a shiny finish and dries fast. I recommend making sure that you have at least 1 hour available to air the room before using it.

I used this product on my black Buffalo skin leather jacket i got from India, which is about 4 years old. The piece of leather on the front side of the arms had fading and had turned dark pink in color. Other areas like the cuffs and edges near the zipper had turned grey from dryness, wear and tear. Overall, the jacket was dull and could use a polish.
I first applied the cleaner all over the jacket but noticed no visual difference. Am not sure what it is supposed to do, so will let it pass. The conditioner however was pretty good. The dry faded areas blended back with the rest of the jacket and it has a slight shine to it. But i would like to mention that the fading or discoloration remains. However, it is no longer ugly. Basically, i am not embarrassed to wear it anymore. So i guess i got what i wanted from the product.
The shipping policy was a bit weird. I ordered this product along with their foam applicator. They came in the same box but i was charged twice for the shipping.

In my opinion they work just fine. I use them to clean and moist white leather golf shoes. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I cant really tell you if there are any better product out there since I never tried any other. Yet I am satisfied, and I would recommend them
