When you mix the Tarzan legend (set in provincial New Zealand) and the surrealism of Elvis Presley's life, you get Tarzan Presley. A lively, thoughtful and fun read, which flags a bit towards the end but revives with great elan. Unlikely to be reprinted because of the Tarzan estate's legal threats.
