5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for a 30-30
I mounted this scope on a Marlin 336 and I love it. It is very clear for the price and very good for distances used with a 30-30. I usually buy expensive optics for my hunting guns but decided to give this a try and glad I did.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Value for the money, October 18, 2013

I have a couple other scopes that cost a lot more, but for the money, you can't beat Tasco scopes. I have one that's 20 years old and is still perfect. This one is replacing one on a 10/22 that's 20 years old, had 10's of thousands of rounds thru it, and somewhat abused. One of the horizontal crosshairs is messed up. It's still usable, but for this price, why not replace it? Great scope, proven durability, and amazing clarity and accuracy, regardless of money.

For the money this is a good scope. Mounted one on a mini 14 and it was easy to sight in. Have not had a problem at all.

I have two other tasco scopes bought in the early 1980’s they have been on the guns all these years without fail well used. This one looks good and zeroed in just fine optics are very clear.

Got this for a .22 rifle and it sighted in with ease and hold true. For the price it is hard to beat. Not sure how well it would hold up for higher caliber rifles. It is certainly suitable for any low recoil stuff along with pellet guns.

This scope is surprisingly clear, both inside range and outside as well. It was easy to zero and through a few range days is holding good. mounted on a .223 and holding up good so far. It's not a Nikon...but it's a good entry scope
