I have taken this out in the mountains with me on hikes. It has a rubberized coating and focuses very easily. Sharp images and since it is 50 mm it is good for dawn and dusk viewing. Great value.

Great value for the price. "Does what is says on the tin."
Pros - Very easy to use with caps to protect both sides of the binocular and a carry case.
Cons - Heavy, and takes time to remove caps (3 in all) to use the binoculars.

This is a great pair of binoculars. Clear picture, waterproof, they work great not really a lot else to say. This is my second pair of tasco binoculars I was very disappointed with my first pair, not because they did not work but because they were not waterproof and all it took was a little rain to ruin them and get water stains in the lenses. Lesson learned threw in the extra cash for the waterproofing and I am happy now. And for the performance category (12X50 waterproof) you can't beat the price.
