5.0 out of 5 stars On my .243, January 26, 2012
This review is from: Tasco World Class 3-9x41mm Matte,Vital Zone Reticle Riflescope (Sports)
I put this on my Savage Stevens .243 and sighted it in at 100 yards. After a shooting a box of ammo it stayed right where I initially sighted it in for. The Optics are clear and I was suprised to see how well it captures light in low light situations. If you are low enough to the ground (i.e. shooting prone using a bipod or rest), you can even see the wind move on a warm day. The parrallax eye adjustment works very well. There are more features on this scope that I am still trying to figure out.

The Vital Zone is very helpful. Will be able to test its true abilities when I go Pronghorn Antelope Hunting in September 2012 up in Wyoming.

Its not a Leoupold or Redfield but for the money it worked great and serves its purpose well. I was even able to shoot a nice 8-point buck with this scope on my gun the first day I took it hunting. The buck is getting mounted as we speak.

I would definately buy this again but probably in a 4-16x40 resolution for critters way out there although the 3x has a pretty nice FOV.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Tasco World Class 3-9x41mm Matte,Vital Zone Reticle Riflescope (Sports)
Tasco provides great optics for a very affordable price. Very clear even at higher magnifications. Would have preferred a side focus adjustment instead of the AO. Holds zero very well, I have two of these scopes, one is on a .308 and the other on a 30-06. No complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone. No longer do you need to spend double of what your rifle costs for a scope. Thank goodness.
