With recipes like Bacon and Goat Cheese-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Apple Chutney, Creamy Belle Chevre Grits with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Chocolate-Smothered Raspberry and Goat Cheese Buttercream Cakes, you'll be in love with this beautiful cookbook! The book is filled with personal stories from Tasia, and the recipes are influenced by her Greek-Southern roots. I'm so happy to add this cookbook to my collection.

I love this book! I am so happy I got it. I am a very visual person so I love cookbooks with lots of pictures. The beautiful photography in this book will have your mouth watering at first sight. In this cookbook, Tasia invites you to her table and teaches you how to make some yummy food! Not only does she teach you how to create delicious meals, Tasia also shares her story and her passion for food. While reading through this cookbook, I felt like I was in the kitchen cooking with her! Tasia's heartwarming stories and delightful recipes will inspire you to get in the kitchen and start cooking. And maybe even start your own table traditions with friends and family. I've tried some recipes from Tasia's Table and there are no words to describe their wonderful taste. I highly recommend this cookbook! You'll learn a lot....and eat a lot!

Format: Hardcover
This is a cookbook by the head cheesemaker at Belle Chevre, a Southern artisan goat cheese creamery. It has over 100 recipes divided into sections by meals and type of cuisine (with a whole chapter devoted to Greek cooking as taught to Tasia Malakasis by her family!).
It's a revelation of a book for goat cheese eaters, too, with recipes for making your own goat cheese, for goat cheese cheesecakes, and even goat cheese deviled eggs. Seriously, so many new ways to use what is one of the yummiest and healthiest dairy products out there!!!
I know Tasia personally and she is an amazing woman with an amazing story. Another great thing about this cookbook is you get a glimpse via her narratives and photos into her food-centric world, which is a mix of the modern and old south, Greece, and the artisan food world.
Also worth noting is if you purchase on the company's website, [...], you get a signed copy. A great gift...and there are boxes paired with the cheese as well.

Interesting way to introduce a little selection of recipes. An ebook is the way to go. This was interesting from the small farm angle.

The recipes are simple and straightforward, even if you are not an accomplished cook. The layout with the photos is very well done, and while it is not that long of a book, it is entertaining and informative. Plus, if you don't love goat cheese, you will after reading about her experience and trying the recipes. Many are very very simple! Worth the money!
