Great overview of the veterinary profession, very pertinent info for vet assistants,

I bought this book when I started working as an assistant for a small vet practice. I found it really useful, particularly on tips with dealing with clients, and how to properly restrain animals, etc. Includes issues on the business and medical side of veterinary medicine.
