Wrapping was a bit poor in a plastic bag, however all was placed in a protective box without any papers/guarantees.. the bag itself is good and my wife liked it!

Bag is easy to use. opens completely to easily find items. Bag also has lock so items don't fall out would buy again.

Got the bag hoping it would look just as nice as it shows, hoping it would live up to its high expectation (especially for the price) but it felt like paper and the insides looked like a cheap 99 cent fabric. Received it with a stain, so I cleaned it off myself and tried to use it for a couple days. IT WAS THE WORST DECISION EVER, basically the buttons on the side started ripping off, the leather on the handle started to tear. I take care of my bags, they even have their own closet! but this is was a HUGE disappointment.

I purchased this because I thought it would be big enough for me to carry my lunch plus padfolio to work and it is not. The photo of the model with the bag over her arm looks photoshopped on second inspection. It's no where near as big as it appears in the photo.

Additionally, the chain from the front clasp to the tassel was loose in the box when I opened it. I could have re-attached using pliers, but as I was returning it anyway I didn't bother. By the way, the hook at the end of the chain isn't necessary to secure the lock. The circle bit where the hook clips in rotates, so you can use the back minus the hook on the chain.

The bag actually looks quite nice for fake leather. It's obvious on the tassel it's not real, but at first glance, the bag looks good. I'm not sure how it will hold up to time and use and given the quality of the chain, I'd imagine not well.

This purse its super nice for the price! The leather 'look alike' material doesn't look or feel as cheap as other ones do. The purse its unique looking with that type of lock and tassel, that's one of the reasons it caught my attention. I'm very happy with it. I do wish it had shoulder straps because it would make it easier to carry when both hands need to carry other things.

After only 2 weeks the clasp that holds the handbag closed broke off. Now I am unable to secure the handbag. I have not been able to figure out away to fix the clasp since the metal piece can not be secured inside the from of the purse.Other than that its a nice handbag, soft leather, and very roomy.

the quality is great and I was not dissapointed. the bag looks just a nice as it does in the picture. The seller was also very prompt in shipping the product. Would purchase from this seller again.

hi i just got this bag and i wanted to say that it looks nice, but doesnt looks like as shown on the picture here. i regret for buying this item:(

Bag fell apart in 1 week. The stitching on the handles didn't hold and the flap fell apart. Worst quality purse I've ever bought.

This bag was super cute but from the start I had problems with it. It came flat in a box so the top flap had a serious crease in it. The first day I had it one of the snaps on the side got stuck and ripped off, which was not a big deal to me but I used it for about 4 days at the most when the piece that holds the tassell broke and that was the last straw for me. If this was better crafted it would have been exactly what i wanted! Very dissapointed I had to return it.
