Great cookbook at a great price! This was more than half the price of the book at the website. Full of great recipes that don't require odd ingredients that you would only use on that recipe. It contains all the recipes that the Taste of Home people considered the best.

I've been a Taste of Home magazine subscriber from the premier issue until a couple of years ago when my kids moved out. TOH most always has excellent recipes and this cookbook does not disappoint. The "Hearty Beef Barley Soup" is wonderful but IMHO you should make your own beef broth for it, it makes a big difference in taste and for dessert, on the cover the "Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream Torte"...oh boy, is it wonderful. There are many different types of dishes TOH cover's in this book so give it a try.

I really love all the winning recipes books. They are packed with great recipes, some very easy some more complicated, but all delicious.

Enjoyed making various recipes. Also appreciated the short time it took for delivery. Three of these were for relatives and friends for Christmas presents. There was only one problem - the corners of the hard-covers of all four were all bent and they looked like they had been used when I ordered new. Not too happy with the book's appearance.
