5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful Cookbook for Display and Cooking too!, September 3, 2010
This review is from: A Taste of Enchantment (Hardcover)
Taste of Enchantment is a beautiful cookbook loaded with gourmet recipes from all over New Mexico. I have really enjoyed using this book and it also looks great on our coffee table. People are always asking me about it. Our friends and family have loved every recipe I've prepared from it and most of them are easy to make and have that wonderful southwest flair Albuquerque and New Mexico in general are known for. It makes for a great addition to any cookbook collection, but it still easy to use and practical. This book makes a great hostess gift, Christmas present, or birthday present for the foody on your list! I've purchased several as gifts. The Junior League of Albuquerque benefits from it's sale as well and they are a really great non-profit organization to support.
