Coming home from a cruise is the saddest part of a vacation, however with this cookbook you can continue the good times. I bought this cookbook after our last cruise on the Veendam. My husband and I were in a post vacation slump, so I made a four course meal from the book and it transformed us right back onto the ship. Each time we wish for a vacation or entertain, I turn to this cookbook for its many delicious recipes. The drink recipes are not to be missed!
