There are a lot of great sounding recipes in this book. All are easy to understand and follow. The ingredients are common and easy to keep on hand.

Raspberry ice cream and author refers to strawberries in the recipe, Lavender ice cream tells you to pour in Lavender milk but milk not listed in ingredient list.

Every author should have someone check their work-do publishers not require it???

I love homemade ice cream. I grew up with it, so it is really hard to me to enjoy commercial grade ice cream. I don't get it as often anymore as my grandmother doesn't make it as frequently, but these recipes put me down memory lane for sure. Great tasting recipes.

Taste of Happiness - Homemade Ice Cream
Colorful recipe book but no nutritional information. Never thought you could cook ice cream on the stove then pop it in the freezer to harden.
I am only familiar with the hand crank and rock salt. Blueberry frozen yogurt sounds about the healthiest and easy to make if you're in a hurry.

Easy to follow recipes. I have substituted other ingredients and they worked out fine. Nice tip about whisking if you do not have an ice cream machine.
