"Stripping It Down". Kit Laughlin writes a column on sex on the Internet though she has not had a decent tumble in her mind in centuries. Now the last hunk to make her orgasm Jake Donovan wants back in her life, but though she still loves the rat she does not trust the man who hurt her.

"A Taste of Sin". With her beloved dad ailing, Dr. Kelly Sullivan returns home to be with him. Her high school boyfriend Nick Donovan wants to be with her as he never forgot the taste of his sweetheart.

"Kiss Me twice". When former sweethearts Mike Donovan and Karen Sullivan see one another, both realize their attraction remains strong; perhaps even more so this second time around. However, will they give it a second try since they cannot keep their hands off one another?

These three well written second chances at love Donovan brothers' novellas are hot, hotter, and hottest, but also contain fascinating relationships between the fully developed couples as the females distrust the men they love who hurt them in the past. Jami Alden provides a fine collection.

A Taste of Honey by Jami Alden has three stories in it about the Donovan brother: Nick, Mike, and Jake. The first story is Jake's story. Jake meets up with Kit Laughlin again at a friend's weekend getaway. Jake was Kit's first love and lover. Jake has always had the hots for Kit, but thought she was too young, plus their first time didn't go so well. Jake wants Kit again and this time around he promises to make it better for her. This was my favorite of the three stories. STEAMY!!!!

The second story is Jake's story. Dr. Kelly Sullivan comes back into town to take care of her father and help run his restaurant/bar. Jake has secretly thought about Kelly for years. But now she isn't a fifteen year old girl with a genius IQ. This story was my least favorite because there wasn't as much character and plot development.

The third story is Mike's story. Kelly's sister, Karen, and Mike were once a couple, but things ended badly and tragically for them because Mike wouldn't share his feelings with her. Karen has loved Mike for years, but the hurt that he caused her as forever left a mark on her life. Mike has loved Karen for years as well, but felt betrayed by her.
Now, they are being thrown together for Kelly and Jake's wedding. This story was so sweet, but also very emotional. The story of their break-up is heart-wrenching, and their reunion is bittersweet.

This book was hot, hot, hot! I loved the 3 brothers although I have to say there's a special place in my heart for Karen and Mike. That was the best of the 3 stories. They were all great.... Can hardly wait for Tony's story.

The three stories in this anthology are all written by Jami Alden. She does a great job with these three stories, all of which are 2nd chances at love. For short stories they are full of great characters and emotional depth. The heroes are typical of MS Alden, all alpha, very sexy, but also tender and caring. The heroines to me were a bit more complex. They were all women cautious of love having been burned some way or another by the men in their past, more importantly by the each of the heroes in their past.
I always know a good book if I sometimes catch my breath and have to put the book down because I'm overcome by emotion, and I did that more than once with this book.
I've recently discovered Jami Alden, and I guess I was living under a rock because she's been out there for awhile. I started with her Gemini Men series, Caught and Kept and am fervently working on obtainly all her books. She is definitely a keeper author for me.
I definitely recommend this book if you're looking for love lost and found again with some emotionally packed sex scenes.

This is three 2nd chance stories for 3 of the 4 Donovan brothers. The first two stories were pretty good, the last story felt a little rushed, but it was okay.

I liked this author and I will be looking for other stories from her.

Jami Alden's character's in this book are my favorites!! All 3 stories are ones you will want to reread again and again!

I liked all three stories. The males were yummy and the females were strong enough to allow for second chances. Sexy, sizzling and feel good stories.....my kind of anthology.

this is one of my favorite books--i love all of jami aldens books-but i think i like this one the best--i have read this book several times and still grab it to read one or all the stories--very smooth reading and loveable characters--great second chances--groveling--she did him wrong--he did her wrong--personal conflicts--
