The product listing claimed this multi-pack would contain 'Japanese Hi-chew Taffy Candy Sampler Party Pack Grape, Strawberry, Green Apple - 22.6 Oz (Product of Japan) - 2010 New Flavor: Cherry, Red Apple , UHA Ramune' - but I received Green Apple, Lemon, Mango, Orange, and Strawberry. Also, the product description claims 'To answer the questions from our customers: our products are the original Hi chew candy, made in Japan. They are full size of 2.0 Oz. The versions with English name are made in other countries under the license. They are smaller, only 1.76 Oz per packs.'--but I received the smaller 1.76 oz English packages with 10 pieces per pack (12 packs). They're still delicious, but the descriptions in this listing are misleading.

Update: customer service was very helpful and willing to provide a refund and free shipping label to return the item.

The only way this 'sampler' could be more complete would be if they had the Yogurt flavor in there as well (my personal favorite) The Hi-Chew Candy is very different than any American Candy, the closest similar product I can think of is 'Mamba' But Hi-Chew flavor is much more unique, and the texture just seals the deal for me. I gladly pay the price and shipping to have these around at my house, I love them!

I got this candy for my sister on a recent trip to japan and decided to try a few while waiting for my flight. After trying just one I went back to the small stand where i got them and brought 5 more packs (I found the apple and strawberry flavored ones to be the best). When i got back to the good US of A I did a search for Japanese items on Amazon just to see what I could find and was totally suprised to find this candy for sale on Amazon. Needless to say I got one of these packs right away:)

If you like taffy style candies give this one a try you won't be disappointed!

Love this taffy. Can eat a whole package. the Strawberry taste like real strawberries, and the grape taste like grape not artificial grape

These are my little brothers favorite candy. I was so happy when I found them on Amazon. He was so surprised when he opened them on Christmas. They taste like Mamba's, but chewier.

I love these candies and was very excited to find a variety pack for sale. I received 3 strawberry, 3 apple, 3 grapefruit and 3 grape. They taste like the actual fruit and not artificial flavoring. The only way it could be better would be if there were more flavor variety in the package I received.

Hi-Chew is the Monarch of candies. I first tried it when I was visiting in Japan. I have been hooked ever since. I brought a bag while I was deployed and everyone raved over this candy. It is addictively gooood! Enjoy!

I heard that these were really good from some friends of mine, and decided to try them. My God, they are AMAZING! They came in perfect condition and the flavors are a nice variety! I would definately buy these again.

This sampler Pack of Hi-chews were a hit with my family. All flavors are tremendous. Will definitely purchase again!!

I ordered Hi-chew online because I can never find it in stores, and if I do it is only Strawberry and Green Apple flavors. The "Taste of Japan" Hi-chew sampler pack I received was an excellent purchase. The description by PierMall Sweets was completely accurate and helpful in deciding to choose this item. Each package was exactly the size and amount stated. The sampler included a number of exotic flavors like Dragon-fruit and Blood Orange that I would not expect to find in a store. The total price was even below what each pack in the store would cost. The shipping was quick, 4 days BEFORE estimated delivery, and I was 100% satisfied with the seller, the shipping and presentation, and the flavors. I was most satisfied with the variety included. I will definately purchase from this seller again.
