About the Author
Leslie Cerier is an organic chef, caterer, lecturer, teacher and writer. Her first cookbook, The Quick and Easy Organic Gourmet (Station Hill Openings), was published in 1996. In addition to her cooking activities and daily practice of yoga, Leslie finds time to be a wife and mom and to cook for her friends in her New England home.
