I purchased this book hoping to find dishes that I sampled on a recent trip to the region and I was not disappointed. It offers a good mix of the seafood-dominated cuisine of the coast and the heartier fare of the inland towns. Actually, if I had the book before my trip, it would have made an excellent guide to the better restaurants of the area.
