What a wonderful compendium of food history spanning our vast land. We are so rich in culture here and our food diversities are exceptionally documented in Taste of the States. Its a book that can be used in the kitchen or on the coffee table for wonderful conversation starters and is peppered throughout with wonderful works of art. Worth looking to add to your collection.
