Overpriced and Poor Quality,

This gift package arrived as a Father's Day gift. The coolant used to keep the contents cold had completely melted and all of the items inside were the temperature of the outside air (about 100 degrees) since my father lives in Texas. The fruit was no better than what you can purchase at a local grocery store. The cheese had to be discarded. The almonds were stale. I called customer service and they refunded my money -- but the representative didn't want to know what was wrong with the product. She just wanted to get me off of the phone.
