Rachel Kramer Bussel has assembled a great collection of oral sex-themed stories for Tasting Him. There are lot of fun themes to go along with the oral fixation, my favorite being food in Alison Tyler's "Prego" and Kristina Wright's "Frosted". While most of the stories have women going down on men, there are some guys who get a taste and some women who get tasted as well. The pleasure shared is shared by those who give and those who get it. Although all the stories are about one act, they're all done in different places in different ways.

Perfect for getting yourself or your lover in the mood. I also learned a few new tricks. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderfully sexy and tasteful (wordplay intended) book that can be enjoyed alone ... or better, shared with a close friend. The essays run the gamut of style, exploring the physical and emotional responses of each describer-contributor; bold, tender, risky, exciting.

Now this one might be a tough book to review because (full disclosure) I have a story in it. But, as I am in such good company, I feel I can write an unbiased review. Maybe. In any case, I recommend the book, "Tasting Him: Oral Sex Stories" as a wonderful anthology to have by your bed. Or chair. Or desk. Or hidden in your drawer at work...

Rachel Kramer Bussel is a wonderful author, which I think has been proven beyond doubt. But she is also a stellar editor, who manages to cajole, entice, tempt, lure, threaten (?) the best of the best into writing and submitting hot and sexy stories for her collections. Each and every one in this book is a winner, no matter what type of oral enjoyment you like, you *will* find something in this book. And if tasting him isn't your pleasure, you can taste her with "Tasting Her: Oral Sex Stories."

There's tasting in kitchens (with Prego tomato sauce!), tasting mixed with spankings and Japanese silk rope, and turnabout-is-fairplay tasting. Oh, and lest you think tasting him only involves flesh "him's" there are silicone stand-ins for your delectation. Yum!

As Rachel says, "Here are masters of oral sex and nervous newbies getting off by going down -- or by being on the equally blissful receiving end."

After reading Tasting Her, I purchased it's twin, Tasting Him. Wow!
Each story is packed with tantalizing, oral punch. I loved Rachel's Gloss, Alison Tyler's Prego, Craig Sorensen's Equanimity Unbound to name a few. Actually, I enjoyed each and every highly detailed, well written and very erotic tale in this book. I picked up some new tricks along the way too. This is a good read alone, or with a friend.

This is an assemblage of erotic stories, focusing on fellation, mostly. There are some women who get some of the action, but most of it is male focused. It's highly erotic and easy to read. I will defintely share it with someone soon!! Also recommend, Take Me Again.

In *Tasting Him*, RKB has again assembled a veritable smorgasbord...erotica with a spice for most every palate. I was especially taken with the Tish Andersen story Confessions, etc. and if you will pardon the Yogism, it was like déjà vu all over again, striking a personal familiarity that reminds, while most of the time it is better to give than receive...sometimes...

I mentaly enjoyed reading explicit action described in these stories.
I strip mentaly naked and just relive the action!

Too many of the short stories were based on the notion that the woman must be in some sort of subservient role to the man in order to perform oral sex. I found that disappointingly repetitive in the book. There *are* women out there who initiate oral sex with their male partners. Who do it not because they're in a BDSM situation, or it's a one-night stand, or it's their boss demanding it, but because they want to do it. Oh well.
