Great step-by-step instruction on how to prepare simple vegetarian dishes. While presenters are not ready for the "Food Network", I bought it to learn how to prepare healthy dishes, not to be entertained. Simple, and easy to follow.

Buy used ! may be good for people willing to go the extra mile making them, but being a former cook, just too much for what"s inside.
