This is NOT a 110~220 adapter it is 110v

even out of the box did not work with 110v

it's not worth the time and aggravation you will get out of this

to get a refund. I threw mine away an hour after I received it

shipped to me out in Iraq

I specifically bought this because it says it does 1.5V, the picture even shows it on the site and on their own product box! It only goes down to 3. If you don't need 1.5 may be OK but 1.5 covers some batteries, such as C.
