Deep Cleansing Aftercare Soap - Tattoos: Wash 3-4 times a day. Cold water rinse, pat, then air dry for 15 min. Apply thin layer of Tattoo Goo® Salve or Lotion. As needed. 7-10 days. Piercings: Clean body piercings once or twice daily using a small amount of soap, followed by one spray of X-PressionTM Piercing AfterCare Rinse. Color Guard Sunscreen - Apply Color Guard UV Sun Screen generously to tattooed skin before exposure to direct Sun or UV Tanning. Repeat after swimming & during outdoor activities as needed. Allow new tattoos to heal for 3 weeks before using. Tattoo Goo - Rinse with cold water, pat dry with a clean towel, air dry 15 mins., gently and sparingly apply a thin layer of Tattoo Goo®. Repeat 3 or 4 times a day for 7 to 10 days. Consult your professional tattoo artist for complete after care instructions.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I was so overwhelmingly underwhelmed with this product. The balm is hard to use, as is the sunblock stick. The cleanser doesn't foam up or show any real sign of cleansing and the lotion that was supposed to have lasting moisture just seemed to evaporate and my skin dried far too quickly for what I expected from products specifically made to care for a new tattoo. Will stick to my Dove soap and Aquaphor.

I bought Tattoo Goo's Tattoo Aftercare coz I like to have the best in life. Had my tattoo done with a real pro and the tattoo looks great, So, the after care should do his work some justice. Having the tattoo heal perfectly was my goal and I am very very happy with the results i get with Tattoo Goo. Easy to use, heals the tattoo very well, affordable price.

I purchased this product three weeks after having two tattoos done. I wish my shop sold this product. In a travel kit, are a tube of lotion, antibacterial liquid soap, a tin of ointment to help preserve colors and a sunblock stick. So far I have used the lotion and the ointment as I unluckily developed a rash around my tattoos (possibly from the lotion I previously used). I sought medical attention to get it cleared up right away, and am presently using the aftercare kit. The lotion is unscented, light and absorbs quickly. The ointment is natural, with a soothing scent, and it too prevents drying of a healing tattoo. Since it is winter, I haven't had the chance to use the sunblock stick. The antibacterial soap is also being saved for another time. I am quite satisfied with the products offered by Tattoo Goo, and would recommend them highly.

Yes, you can buy similar products at a drug store, but it's nice having them all in one place. It's also nice to have products that were specifically designed for tattoo healing. Read more

Tattoo Goo
There should be more of the Tattoo Goo because if you get any tattoo bigger than a quarter there is not enough to help the healing after 3 days of usage.
