This is Jordin's second single, and the first to be released from her debut album, due on November 20, 2007. If this song is any indication, the album is going to be huge, so make a note in your diary now.

Mainstream pop, and instantly radio-friendly with a catchy beat, the song is about someone moving on from a relationship that they have now outgrown, but will always remember for what it was.

"No need to worry bout everything I done
live every second like it was my last one
don't look back got a new direction
I loved you once
needed protection
you're still a part of everything I do
you're on my heart just like a tattoo"

Wonderful voice, great song, and an excellent choice for the first single.

Judging from this song, "Madamoiselle" will definitely be an album to keep an eye on.

I already own every Jordin sparks product ever released, and so also the digital download of Tattoo as well as the acoustic version. When I found out that she had a physical single as well, I just had to have it... I love Tattoo, it is a beautiful song, and just owning it on a physical CD was all worth it to me.

I love this song. I also love Jordin! I can't help but to listen to this song. Everytime I listen to it, I turn it back on. I listen to it at least 4 times a day! I can't wait to buy it.

I am still amazed of how great Jordin's voice is. I like the lyrics of this song a lot, and can relate to the feeling of keeping someone in your heart after some sort of breakup. I like the bridge of the song and the vocals are incredible. I truly wished that this single would be available as a physical cd as well, but it won't be before long that I will be the proud owner of her full cd. I just pre-ordered it today :-)

With remixes becoming harder to find, I was thrilled when I ordered this single directly from amazon and found it had the full 7 minute plus Jason Nevins mix of Tattoo, along with the original mix. Those are the only two tracks on this release--I believe there's a 5 mix single floating around out there, but this isn't it. But at least it has the full Nevins mix, which is the only remix I've heard on the radio.

Forgettable. Sounds like anyone else, not unique. Definitely a "High School Musical" type of song and not something mature listeners would like.

Dissapointing, yeah sure the song is catchy but it sounds just like any other pop tune. Jordin had an oppertunity to come out and do something different but she's following in standard pop music scene. She's going to be outdone by Blake Lewis, easily.

I swear, the beat is Irreplaceable Pt. 2, with the extra, "Hey's" thrown in there. We just can't be original anymore. It's like we'd rather bite someone else's style, and saying it's our own!!

The voice saves the song though. Nothing else. The lyrics are stale, "I'll always have you." Whatever, Jordin. Can we have a little depth, please?!!!!

The music industry is wrong in so many ways.

2.4 stars and nothing more for this "music". Melinda or Lakisha could've mopped the floor with her, if only America voted for talent, instead of a pretty face and an overrated beat-boxing wannabe!!!
