Great rain gauge. I can see the yellow clearly in the yard as an obstacle. I like that the top half pulls out, however it kind of gets stuck sometimes and the bottom ground insert pulls out too. Not a huge deal.

Don't expect deadly accuracy and you won't be disappointed. I've used these gauges for years and they're more than adequate for casual rainfall checking. Do not leave them out in freezing weather. They will split if water freezes in them. Also, the numbers tend to fade over time, but you should get at least 2-3 years out of them.
