WHEN I ORDERED THE ITEM IT WAS A DIFFERENT SCOOP TO THE ONE IN THE PICTURE AND WHEN IT DID ARRIVE IT HAD MISSING PARTS. I CONTACTED THE SELLER SEVERAL TIMES BY EMAIL AND I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THE COURTESY OF A RESPONSE, REFUND, OR HAVING THE ITEM I ACTUALLY ORDERED SENT TO ME...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RUBBISH.

they sent me the wrong thing i ordered this scale scoop and they sent me the one with the arm and pan i like to get what i order not what they want to send me but its ok the govenment does the same promise this and give you what they want
