Amazon.com Product Description

Keep slacks crisp between trips to the dry cleaner with this European-style pants press. The unit features durable construction and a lined heating panel made from the same Mylar material used by garment-care professionals. It encloses pant legs or other clothing items between the extra-wide pressing planes and applies heat to quickly remove wrinkles and creases. Choose from silk, polyester, wool, cotton, and linen fabric settings. The press adjusts to the appropriate level of heat, making it versatile enough to accommodate everything from the workday wardrobe to jeans and casual weekend attire. The unit also provides a timer that applies heat in 15-, 30-, 45-, or 60-minute segments, and its auto shut-off function turns off the heating element at the end of the pressing cycle to prevent safety hazards and scorching. Other highlights include a chromed locking lever, retractable tie-hanging bars, additional chromed staging bars for extra trousers, and a velvet-lined compartment for temporary storage of keys, change, and other miscellaneous pocket items. The garment butler and pants press measures 8 by 18-1/5 by 44-1/5 inches.

1.0 out of 5 stars To crease or not to crease..NOT TO CREASE, June 27, 2011

No once did the legs come out with a defined crease in them. The stretching mechanism pulled the cuffs together as the top closed, thus creating wrinkles each and every time. And speaking of time...1/2 hour to press a pair of slacks!

1.0 out of 5 stars The worst customer service I ever had, November 26, 2011
The product worked just fine for a while (for about a year), but then it stopped working. I contacted Taylor's customer service. The reply was unsatisfactory and rude. Basically they said: tough luck, we are not going neither repair nor replace it.

I will definitely buy a replacement, but from any other manufacturer - definitely not from Taylor!

When I received the item it looked like it had been used. Additionally, it was missing a part. That was another indication that the package had been re tapeed. Overall the item that I received was unsatisfactory.
